Keep the number & suffix
Record the full FMSI or OE reference. For 4709, specify ES or ES II; do not discard a suffix from your work order.
Fitment guide
Use the existing parts and brake specification. Truck make and nominal size alone are not enough.

4702 is a 15″ × 4″ reference. 4719 and 4720 both use 16.5″ × 5″ nominal dimensions, with different brake platforms.
Match anchor and roller ends, web construction, spring-hole positions and hardware. Check heavy-duty or relocated-hole variants.
Provide the existing friction specification and operating conditions. A mileage label does not establish equivalent braking performance.
A COMMON COMPARISON
4719 and 4720 share 16.5″ × 5″ nominal dimensions. Use the brake family and construction to distinguish the application.

No. Confirm the brake platform, construction, friction material and required hardware. The number is an identification reference.
The requested format is two lined shoes and matched hardware for one wheel position. Confirm the quantity needed for the actual brake job; a kit is not a full axle or complete brake assembly.
Keep the complete reference, brake platform, dimensions, quantity and any variant notes. Include these in your parts inquiry.
The complete specification must be confirmed before ordering, and a qualified installer must verify suitability for the actual brake application.
Fitment comes first. These are nominal references. Match the platform, shoe construction, friction specification and hardware before supply.
