About this website
AxleSpan Truck Parts provides a brake shoe kit catalog for Canadian fleets and workshops, with service coverage in Toronto and Calgary. This website does not take payments or create orders.
Your browser’s saved list
Only model numbers and quantities are stored in local browser storage. Use Clear list or clear site data to remove them. Contact fields and application notes are not saved in that parts-list storage. Preparing, copying or downloading a local summary does not submit an inquiry.
Sending an inquiry
Online sending is available only when a Send inquiry button is shown. When you choose it and agree to processing, we store your name, email, optional company, phone and destination, requested parts, message, consent time and inquiry reference in our project database. We use these details to review your request, confirm fitment and prepare a response. Do not include payment information or sensitive personal documents.
Internal notification and access
A notification containing the inquiry is sent to the project operator’s internal mailbox. Internal notifications currently use inquiries@ailounge.top as sender; your email is used as the reply address. We do not automatically email the customer on submission. Inquiry records are available only to authorized administrators through a protected login.
Storage, retention and requests
Cloudflare hosts the website, database and bot verification service. Processing and email storage may occur outside Canada. Records are kept for inquiry follow-up and reviewed for deletion when no longer needed. To request access, correction or deletion, reply to the operator’s response with your inquiry reference. If you have not received a response, submit an inquiry marked “Privacy request” and provide the reference; do not resend sensitive information. Deleting a record from the database does not automatically remove copies already delivered to email.
Abuse prevention
Cloudflare Turnstile verifies online submissions. A short-lived, hashed network identifier limits repeated requests; we do not store your raw IP address in inquiry records. Cloudflare also processes normal hosting traffic. No advertising trackers or marketing subscriptions are installed.
